Oklahoma Greenfest is a music and arts festival that brings together the Tulsa community with area music fans to fulfill an important mission.  OKGreenfest is dedicated to increasing environmental awareness and calling the Tulsa community to action.  As a public service event, Oklahoma Greenfest intends to showcase products, services and educational approaches to earth friendly practices available to area and regional residents.   

The 2010 Oklahoma Greenfest will feature one day of live music, exhibitors of art, eco-friendly products, resources, services, and information.  With exceptional planning and effective marketing strategies, Oklahoma Greenfest helps sponsors and vendors reach a more focused target audience.

Festival Exhibitor Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in participating in Oklahoma Greenfest 2010 please read following guidelines, as your registration as a vendor is your acknowledgment of these guidelines and agreement to comply with them:

  1. Vendors must fit into one of three categories: earth friendly or made-in-Oklahoma product/service, art, or non-profit.
  2. Please demonstrate your willingness to recycle and reduce festival waste. We would like to approach a zero-waste model for other community events to follow.
  3. Food Vendors:
    • Please look at fulfilling as many of the following environmental standards as possible:
    • Serve food & beverages in biodegradable, recyclable and/or easily compactable containers.
    • Offer locally grown and/or organic products.
    • All food vendors are required to abide by City of Tulsa Health Department guidelines.
    • We respectfully request that food vendors you biodegradable and/or recyclable plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
  4. Activities and materials need to remain within your assigned space, which is not to exceed 2, 6 foot tables, without prior approval.
  5. Meet all non-profit guidelines for soliciting donations and conducting fundraising activities.
  6. All exhibitors must comply with the rules & regulations of The City of Tulsa.
  7. The Oklahoma Greenfest will be held whatever the weather may bring.  Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.

We are making modifications to supply adequate lighting for vendors, so that sales into the night will not be a problem for vendors. A limited number of electric outlets will also be available, please let us know in advance if you require outlets for your booth. Outlets will be reserved in the order that they are requested.
